We take extra steps to make sure your products is delivered discreetly and safely. Canada Posts has guidelines for the correct transportation of cannabis goods, and we make it a priority to protect your privacy and comfort. Our packages are food safe vacuum sealed to preserved the goods and also prevent the aroma escaping the shipment so no one could tell weed is inside for discretion.

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not ship outside of Canada.

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, send us a message and we will file a trace with Canada Post. If a trace is filed, it will take Canada Post 5 business days to complete. If the package is located, they will ship it to you as soon as possible and you will get it a few days later. If it is “unrecoverable”, we will send you a one time replacement package, free of charge. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.
A signature is required for all orders $1000+ and if you do not want this option, please add a note during checkout that says “No Signature Required”.
If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it is most likely because the employee incorrectly entered the wrong digit/letter; this can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days.
If tracking on CanadaPosts’ website and is not updating, your package might have missed a scan, however it is uncommon to happen. Most often, members get their packages on time or a day later. If you do not receive it 2 days after your expected date, let us know so we can file a trace with the post office.

Flat rate of $15 via Canada XpressPost – 2 business days to most parts of Canada. FREE shipping for Orders over $99 – your order shipment is always guaranteed on time (except for residents of Nunavut, Northern Quebec or if you provide an inaccurate/incomplete address).
Once the Interac E-transfer has been sent, it could take up to an hour for us to receive an email notifying us of your payment. The payment will be pending until we have collected the E-transfer.
Once you’ve have finished placing your order, the next step is to send an Interact E-transfer. Orders will be kept on-hold until payment received. If payments not received within 2 days, the order be automatically removed.
